Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Thank you for shopping at Belle Ame Beauty. We want to ensure you are completely satisfied and happy with your purchase.

1. RETURNS: In order for the item to be eligible for a return, it must be unused, undamaged, unopened and returned in the same condition in which it was received from the company. Belle Ame Beauty may obtain a 15% restocking fee on all refunded orders. Must be return within 30 days of purchase. If so, please return item/s to (Po Box 4722, Carson, CA 90749).

2. Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected will notify you via email. If refund is approve a Check/Gift Card will be provided by and mail out to your billing address.

3. Replacement: We only replace items at no cost to the customers if there is a manufacturing defect. Must notify company within 24 hrs of order receive and take a picture and email us to belleamebeautybymflores@gmail.com

4. Gift Cards: No refunds/returns on gift cards.

5. Sales Items: Sales Items are final sale.
